Active Florida RN license or eligible Compact RN license.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
Minimum 3 years of acute-care hospital experience in Quality, Performance Improvement, and/or Risk Management.
Experience with patient safety, quality improvement, and risk-management processes.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and process-improvement skills.
Fingerprint/background screening required.
CPPS certification required within 1 year of employment.
Lead and oversee the hospital's patient safety improvement program.
Promote a proactive culture of safety and harm reduction.
Analyze and trend patient-safety and quality data.
Identify risks, medical errors, and opportunities for process improvement.
Lead initiatives to improve patient experience, throughput, and retention.
Collaborate with nursing, physicians, behavioral health, and interdisciplinary teams.
Provide leadership and guidance on patient safety, quality, and risk-management initiatives.
Monitor outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement programs.
