Schedule: 40 hours/week | Every other weekend and holiday
Day Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Take and document vital signs
Assist with oral care, nail care, catheter care, and basic care needs
Answer call lights and respond to resident needs
Assist with wheelchair mobility, transportation, repositioning, and transfers
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain resident rooms and change linens
Prepare and serve food trays
Document food/fluid intake and output
Maintain a clean and safe environment
