Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced LPN to provide occupational health, preventative care, health coaching, flu vaccinations, and biometric screening services.
Required Qualifications
Active LPN License in the state of submission.
2–3 years of relevant healthcare experience.
Occupational Health experience preferred.
Experience with primary care and preventative services.
Experience administering flu vaccinations.
Experience performing biometric screenings.
Strong patient communication and health coaching skills.
Ability to work independently and interact professionally with employees.
Athena EMR experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide occupational health and preventative healthcare services.
Conduct health coaching and wellness education.
Administer flu vaccinations according to established protocols.
Perform biometric screenings and accurately document results.
Support employee flu clinics and wellness programs.
Provide primary care and preventative services within the LPN scope of practice.
Assess employee health needs and provide appropriate health education.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Utilize Athena EMR for patient documentation and related clinical activities.
Follow infection-control, workplace safety, and occupational health protocols.
Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and occupational health teams as needed.
Perform other related clinical and occupational health duties as assigned.
