Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday – Friday | 40 Hours/Week | No Weekends, Holidays, or On-Call
Traveler: $40 - $44
Local: $35 - $40
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced LPN to provide direct patient care and clinical support in an orthopedic outpatient clinic.
Required Qualifications
Active New Jersey LPN License.
BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
5+ years of outpatient or orthopedic LPN experience preferred.
Strong patient care, orthopedic, and ambulatory clinic skills.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an orthopedic outpatient clinic.
Collect patient data and vital signs and assist with clinical assessments.
Assist with ambulation, positioning, hygiene, and patient education.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing support.
Maintain a safe patient environment and communicate changes to the RN or physician.
Document patient care accurately and support clinic workflow.
Float to Montvale and Franklin Lakes offices as needed.
