Position Overview
We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide one-on-one support to students with personal care, mobility, safety, and classroom needs.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous PCA, CNA, or school aide experience preferred.
Ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility support.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one support to assigned students throughout the school day.
Assist with toileting, feeding, dressing, and personal hygiene needs.
Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
Encourage participation in classroom activities and social interactions.
Monitor student safety and communicate concerns to teachers and school staff.
Follow individualized care plans and
