Shift: Rotating Days, Evenings & Nights
Schedule: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM OR 11:00 PM–7:30 AM | Every Other Weekend/Holiday

Pay Rate:
Local: N/A
Traveler: $44–$48/hr, as per experience
Required Qualifications:
Current and valid LPN/LVN license as required by state regulations
BLS/ACLS certification
Required nursing education and credentials for LPN/LVN practice
Experience providing direct nursing care, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing
Ability to supervise and direct nursing assistants
Knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards
Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care according to established care plans and facility standards
Supervise and oversee nursing assistants
Ensure residents receive quality and safe care
Monitor residents and report changes to appropriate healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, and healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being
Support the nursing team in maintaining consistent standards of care
