Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Student Counseling Services

Job Type: Contract / Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Pay Rate: Based on experience
Required Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
Active and unencumbered Missouri LCSW license
Clinical experience with children or adolescents
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Experience supporting students with special needs preferred
Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
Knowledge of trauma-informed care
Ability to complete required background checks, screenings, and fingerprinting
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and small-group counseling to students
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop intervention plans
Provide crisis response and behavioral support
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP, 504, and student support meetings
Maintain confidential clinical documentation and progress reports
Connect students and families with appropriate community and social service resources
Support students with emotional, behavioral, and social needs
