Pay Rate
Local: $36–$38/hr
Traveler: $37–$39/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide safe and quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, medication administration experience, and the ability to support daily resident care.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the Registered Nurse or provider.
Perform nursing assessments and document residents' conditions.
Coordinate and oversee Certified Nursing Assistant care activities.
Assist with care planning and implementation.
Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as assigned.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Promote resident safety and comfort.
Follow infection-control standards and established policies.
Required Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Ability to provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents.
Flexibility to work a rotating 36/48-hour schedule.
Availability to work every other weekend.
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical documentation skills.
