Location: Oregon City, OR 97045

Shift: Days or nights (rotating)

Schedule:

• Day shift: 4 x 10 hours, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Night shift: 4 x 10 hours, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
  Candidates needed: Traveling candidates only (no local candidates)

COMPENSATION:

Traveling candidates: $1,800 – $1,900 per week, based on experience

POSITION DETAILS

• Setting: Short-term acute care hospital
• Floating: Required between all 3 facilities
• On-call: Not required
• Weekends: Alternating weekends required
• Shift schedule: Rotating shifts; a consistent pattern will be provided when possible
• Block scheduling: Not available
• 48-hour workweeks: Not approved
• Patient ratio: 1:16

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Oregon (OR) LCSW license.
• Open to a 13-week assignment.
• First-time travelers are welcome.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Emergency Department behavioral health assessments for patients of all ages.
• Care management and discharge planning on medical/surgical floors.
• Acute behavioral health assessments and care management.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: Someone comfortable performing acute behavioral health assessments for all age groups in the Emergency Department, along with care management and discharge planning responsibilities.
