Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license.
New graduates are accepted.
PTA candidates are not accepted.
Preferred Qualifications
Outpatient physical therapy experience.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions.
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and functional independence.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
Manage a daily patient caseload of approximately 12–14 patients.
Meet the productivity expectation of 60 patient visits per week.
Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.
