Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Classification & Compensation Analyst to support the organization's performance evaluation processes. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in classification, compensation, or human resources, along with strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Support the organization's performance evaluation processes.
Coordinate performance cycle timelines and related communications.
Assist managers and employees in understanding and completing performance evaluation requirements.
Monitor the completion status of performance evaluation activities.
Conduct follow-ups with managers and employees to ensure timely completion.
Provide coordination and administrative support throughout the performance review cycle.
Help ensure performance evaluation timelines and related activities are completed efficiently.
Required Qualifications
Relevant experience in classification, compensation, or human resources functions.
Ability to support performance evaluation processes.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate timelines, communications, and follow-up activities.
Ability to assist managers and employees with performance evaluation requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor task completion.
