Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

COMPENSATION

Contract pay rate: $65 – $88 per hour, based on experience
Temp-to-perm salary: $139,000 – $170,000 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment Leadership and Strategy

• Lead and manage recruitment activities for assigned projects and business initiatives.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and project requirements.
• Establish and improve recruitment processes, procedures and operational efficiencies.

Hiring Operations

• Oversee job postings, requisitions and recruitment workflows to ensure timely hiring.
• Coordinate candidate pipelines, interview processes and hiring activities.
• Monitor recruitment progress, identify potential risks and provide regular status updates.

Collaboration and Team Management

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring teams to understand staffing needs.
• Manage and support recruitment team members while ensuring accountability and performance.
