JOB SUMMARY: This role is for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Business Analyst to support the implementation, configuration and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud applications. The consultant collaborates with HR, IT, Payroll and other business teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements and Analysis

• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and business stakeholders to understand requirements and HR processes.
• Conduct business analysis, requirement gathering and gap analysis.

Implementation and Configuration

• Support the implementation, configuration and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Work with Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits and Reporting.
• Support system integrations and data migration activities while ensuring data accuracy.

Testing and Reporting

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards and analytical tools using Oracle HCM data.

Training and Support

• Prepare training materials and provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot Oracle HCM-related issues and recommend system enhancements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• 2–3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and Oracle HCM modules.
• Experience with Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits and Reporting.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM implementation, configuration and system integrations.
• Experience with data migration, UAT and testing.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification (required).
• Bachelor’s degree (required).
