Local: $47–$50/hr
Traveler: $54–$57/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing facility.
Assess residents' conditions and respond to changes in health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents and report concerns or changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely resident documentation using PCC.
Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality resident care.
Required Qualifications
Current, active RN license.
Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts.
Familiarity with PCC charting.
Preferred Qualifications
Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience.
Additional Information
Overtime is generally not available on the day shift unless coverage is needed due to a staff call-out.
