Local: $25–$27/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant with outpatient clinic and OBGYN experience to provide clinical support to healthcare providers, assist with gynecological examinations, and perform patient care and laboratory duties.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical support to physicians and healthcare providers in an outpatient OBGYN setting.
Assist with patient intake, rooming, and preparation for examinations.
Perform blood draws, laboratory procedures, and venipuncture.
Assist providers during gynecological examinations and clinical procedures.
Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Monitor patient information and communicate updates to healthcare providers.
Maintain examination rooms, medical supplies, and equipment.
Follow infection control protocols and healthcare safety standards.
Float to the OBGYN clinic in Playa Vista as needed.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting.
Minimum 1 year of OBGYN experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Medical Assistant Diploma from a DAPIP-accredited program (mandatory).
Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC only.
Proficiency in blood draws, lab draws, and venipuncture.
Completion of the secondary OBGYN questionnaire.
Willingness to float to the OBGYN clinic in Playa Vista as needed.
