Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, resident-centered nursing care in a long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
Active RN license applicable to New Mexico.
Long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing experience is preferred.
Ability to provide safe, resident-centered nursing care.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the appropriate care team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Document nursing care and maintain accurate resident records.
Collaborate with nursing assistants and other healthcare professionals.
Promote resident safety, comfort, and quality of care.
