Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide resident-centered nursing care in a long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
Active RN license applicable to Colorado.
Current AHA-approved BLS certification.
Long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing experience is beneficial.
Strong resident-care skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting.
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the appropriate care team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Document resident care in Meditech.
Collaborate with nursing assistants and other care team members.
Support resident safety and quality of care.
Participate in facility-specific orientation and training.
