Position Overview
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate must be comfortable performing bathing assistance, working variable shifts, and providing resident-centered care.
Required Qualifications
Active CNA certification applicable to Colorado.
Willingness to obtain QMAP certification during the assignment.
Ability to perform bath aide duties in addition to standard CNA responsibilities.
Willingness to work variable shifts.
Ability to drive comfortably in mountainous terrain and winter weather conditions.
Comfortable working in a facility where dogs are present.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on care and support to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene and bathing.
Monitor residents' needs and report concerns to the appropriate care team.
Document resident care accurately using PointClickCare (PCC).
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
Provide resident-centered care while respecting individual preferences and daily routines.
Perform bath aide duties as needed.
Obtain QMAP certification during the assignment as required.
