Monday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22–$24/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support front- and back-office operations in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have strong patient-care skills, phlebotomy experience, EMR proficiency, and the ability to assist with clinical procedures and daily operations. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Responsibilities
Greet patients, assist with check-in and rooming, and record vital signs.
Perform blood draws, phlebotomy, and venipuncture.
Assist with vaccine administration and other clinical procedures.
Perform EKGs and point-of-care (POC) testing.
Schedule patient appointments and answer incoming phone calls.
Maintain accurate patient records using the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Support front-office and back-office clinical operations.
Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
Communicate effectively with patients and support health education and outreach initiatives.
Follow infection-control procedures and maintain patient confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, excluding externship.
Medical Assistant certification strongly preferred.
Phlebotomy and venipuncture experience required.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required.
Experience with front-office and back-office operations.
Experience with EKGs, POC testing, patient scheduling, patient rooming, and vital signs.
Current BLS or CPR certification required.
Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a patient-focused healthcare environment.
Interest in health education, population health management, and patient outreach.
Bilingual skills preferred.
