Pay Rate
Traveler: $48–$50 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced LVN/LPN for a 13-week rehabilitation contract in a short-term rehabilitation setting. The nurse will provide patient care, monitor recovery, manage wounds and specialized treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
Current BLS certification.
EPIC experience required.
Experience with a patient ratio of 1:10 required.
First-time travelers accepted.
Ability to float based on facility needs.
Every other weekend (EOW) availability required.
Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients in a short-term rehabilitation setting.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate provider.
Perform wound care and wound-vac management.
Provide IV therapy and PICC line care within the scope of practice.
Assist with nephrostomy care and monitor patient needs.
Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.
Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses in EPIC.
Follow infection-control protocols and patient-safety standards.
Collaborate with the care team to support patient recovery.
Float to other areas as required by facility needs.
