Pay Rate:
Local: $52–$54/hr
Traveler: $58–$60/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to perform laboratory testing, analyze clinical specimens, and support accurate and timely patient care.
Responsibilities
Perform laboratory testing and analysis according to established procedures and quality standards.
Collect, process, and analyze clinical specimens.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
Review test results for accuracy and report findings to healthcare professionals.
Follow laboratory safety, infection prevention, and quality control procedures.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals.
Float to the Observation Unit to support ER hold patients as required.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license required at submission.
Pending licenses are not accepted.
Ability to float to the Observation Unit as needed.
Requested time off (RTO) must not exceed 7 days.
First-time travelers accepted.
Additional Requirements
Scrubs permitted.
Jeans and logo T-shirts are not allowed.
Business-casual attire is acceptable.
Weekend work may vary based on departmental needs.
