Local: $45–$48/hr
Traveler: $51–$54/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
Assess residents' conditions and identify changes requiring intervention.
Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and nursing standards.
Develop, implement, and update resident care plans.
Document assessments, interventions, and resident responses accurately.
Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
Maintain resident safety and follow infection prevention procedures.
Coordinate care with nursing staff to ensure continuity of services.
Respond promptly to changes in residents' conditions and escalate concerns as needed.
Required Qualifications
Current RN license valid for practice in Oklahoma.
Experience in long-term care (LTC) or a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts from Friday through Sunday.
Strong clinical assessment and resident-care skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to facility workflows.
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
