Shift & Schedule: Variable 12-Hour Shifts | Current Need: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Weekends and Holidays as Required
Pay Rate:
Traveler: $62–$66/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in an emergency department setting.
Responsibilities
Coordinate nursing care using the nursing process.
Perform admission assessments and ongoing patient reassessments.
Identify patient care needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and healthcare team members.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments and evaluate patient responses.
Educate patients and families about care and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate medical records and care-plan documentation.
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and support safe transitions of care.
Follow clinical standards, hospital policies, and patient safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
Current RN license valid for practice in Nebraska, as applicable.
Relevant registered nursing experience in an acute-care setting.
Ability to provide age-specific nursing care to pediatric patients and their families.
Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
Experience developing and evaluating individualized care plans.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Willingness to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments as required.
