Pay Rate:
Local: $34–$38/hr
Traveler: $40–$44/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting during night shifts.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care and monitor residents' health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments within the scope of LPN practice.
Document nursing assessments, interventions, and resident responses.
Report changes in residents' conditions promptly.
Coordinate care with nursing staff and healthcare professionals.
Maintain resident safety and follow clinical standards.
Perform charge nurse responsibilities as assigned.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
Required Qualifications
Current LPN license valid for practice in North Dakota.
Relevant nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
Ability to perform charge nurse responsibilities.
IV certification status must be provided during candidate submission.
