Shift & Schedule: Day Shift, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 4 Days per Week | 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate:
Local: $60–$62/hr
Traveler: $62–$64/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide preoperative care and post-anesthesia recovery services in a perioperative setting.
Responsibilities
Assess patients before and after surgical procedures.
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
Provide nursing interventions based on patient condition and acuity.
Prepare patients for procedures and provide postoperative recovery care.
Monitor critically ill patients, including those requiring ventilator support.
Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes.
Follow evidence-based nursing practices and patient safety standards.
Float between Preop/PACU areas as needed.
Required Qualifications
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN); BSN preferred.
Minimum 2 years of recent critical care nursing experience.
Recent experience in critical care, preoperative care, and PACU recovery.
Strong Telemetry experience and Telemetry certification.
Experience caring for patients on ventilators.
Active New Jersey RN license or eligible multistate compact license.
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and ACLS certifications.
PALS certification.
PACU experience required; 3+ years preferred.
Ability to work in other Preop/PACU areas as needed.
