Position Overview
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support patient care and clinical operations in an outpatient cancer center.
Responsibilities
Assist clinical staff with routine patient care and daily clinic operations.
Maintain accurate patient records using Epic EMR.
Float between the Outpatient Cancer Center and Breast Center as needed.
Communicate effectively with providers, nurses, and healthcare team members.
Follow patient safety, infection control, and clinical compliance procedures.
Required Qualifications
Active BLS certification.
CMA certification from AAMA, AMT, AMCA, NCCT, or NHA.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Experience using Epic EMR.
Outpatient clinical experience preferred.
Willingness to float between the Outpatient Cancer Center and Breast Center.
Availability for the required Monday–Friday day shift.
All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission.
