Pay Range: $46.00–$48.00/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to perform complex accounting assignments, conduct financial analysis, support accurate financial reporting, and improve accounting processes within a healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
5–7 years of accounting work experience.
Advanced financial accounting knowledge and experience.
Strong analytical skills, including variance analysis and financial data interpretation.
Experience retrieving data from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Business Intelligence tools.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Knowledge of financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
Responsibilities
Perform complex accounting assignments and financial analysis.
Support the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.
Develop financial analytics and interpret variance analysis.
Review and approve account reconciliations.
Recommend improvements to accounting systems, processes, and procedures.
Provide guidance and training to accounting staff.
Support hospital financial management and administrative operations.
Retrieve, analyze, and interpret financial data using ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, expense analysis, revenue analysis, and financial reporting.
Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and applicable procedures.
