Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and adoption of the VUEWorks Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and develop functional specifications and workflows.
Support EAM system implementation, configuration, and integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
Coordinate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
Support data governance, asset management processes, user training, and change management.
Contribute to predictive maintenance, smart infrastructure, and Digital Twin initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
6–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
IAM certification and knowledge of ISO 55000.
Experience with EAM, CMMS, or infrastructure asset management systems.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, system integrations, and testing.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of GIS, BIM, SCADA, ERP, SQL, and data visualization tools.
Experience with Agile methodologies and Digital Twin initiatives.
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certifications.
