Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 10:00 PM–6:30 AM | 8-Hour Shifts | 4–5 Shifts per Week | 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

Pay Rate: $1,460–$1,553/week

Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care or skilled nursing, strong medication administration skills, and the ability to document care accurately using PointClickCare (PCC).
Required Qualifications
Active LPN license.
Current CPR certification.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
Availability for night shifts and every other weekend.
Ability to document patient care using PointClickCare (PCC).
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care and monitor residents' conditions.
Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility protocols.
Document assessments, interventions, and changes in residents' conditions.
Collaborate with CNAs and other healthcare professionals.
Follow infection prevention, resident safety, and documentation policies.
