Pay Rate: $1,380–$1,465/week (Based on 36 Hours per Week)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have several years of travel nursing experience, a background in long-term care or skilled nursing, and the ability to work overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
Active LPN license.
Several years of travel nursing experience.
Experience in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility.
Ability to work overnight shifts.
Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and facility policies.
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to appropriate healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation using PointClickCare (PCC).
Collaborate with CNAs and other members of the care team.
Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility protocols.
Participate in unit orientation and comply with facility policies.
