Schedule: 40 guaranteed hours per week | 8-hour shifts | Every other weekend

Pay Rate
Local: $1,875 – $1,987/week
Traveler: $2,280 – $2,351/week

Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting while promoting resident safety and well-being.
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Wisconsin.
Ability to provide safe and effective nursing care to residents.
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work every other weekend.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.
Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) charting.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and RN scope of practice.
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation using PointClickCare (PCC).
Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team to support resident safety and quality care.
Follow facility policies, clinical protocols, and infection-control standards.
