Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to support Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Cybersecurity operations, oversee project portfolios, coordinate resources, and ensure operational continuity during a leadership transition.

Job Description:

  • This engagement is intended to provide leadership continuity following the resignations of the Director of Network Engineering and Director of Systems Engineering, while also supporting the establishment and recruitment of a new Director of Cybersecurity.
  • Working in partnership with the Senior Director of Networks & Infrastructure, this individual will provide operational leadership across Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Cybersecurity. Responsibilities will include overseeing project portfolios, attending project and operational meetings, coordinating resources and priorities, monitoring progress and risks, supporting day-to-day employee supervision, and ensuring continuity of operations during the leadership transition.
  • The individual will also assist with the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and transition of the Directors of Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Cybersecurity.
  • The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in at least one of these areas (networking, systems, or cybersecurity), with meaningful exposure to the others. While deep technical expertise in all three disciplines is not required, the candidate should understand how the functions interact and be able to work effectively with technical staff and leadership. Strong portfolio management skills are essential, including experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritizing work, tracking milestones, coordinating resources, identifying risks, and providing executive-level status reporting.
