Schedule: 4 × 10-hour shifts, varying between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Pay Rate

• Travelers: $2,000–$2,200 per week, depending on experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Travel Candidates Only: Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of the facility are not eligible.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Surgical Technologist certification through NBSTSA or NCCT.
• Must be available to work the required holiday schedule.

Job Description

The Surgical Technologist assists the surgical team in preparing for and supporting surgical procedures. Responsibilities include preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile environment, organizing surgical instruments and supplies, and assisting surgeons and other members of the surgical team during procedures.

The ideal candidate will have recent surgical technology experience, strong knowledge of sterile techniques, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Schedule and Holiday Requirements

Major Holidays: Candidates must be available to work 2 of the following 3 holidays:

• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• New Year's Day

Minor Holidays: Candidates must also work 1 of the following holidays:

• Day After Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
• New Year's Eve
