Project Manager - Safety and Compliance
Location: Boston, MA

Pay Rate: $55-$65/hr
Hours: 40 hours/week
Job Summary:
Seeking a Project Manager to improve investigation processes, corrective action tracking, and safety assurance activities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and document investigation procedures.
Conduct root cause analysis and track corrective actions.
Design workflows to manage corrective actions from multiple sources.
Develop safety assurance plans, schedules, checklists, and metrics.
Coordinate with department teams and leadership.
Support additional projects and organizational initiatives.
Requirements:
Experience in project management, process improvement, or compliance.
Knowledge of investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
Experience developing workflows, procedures, and reports.
Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
