Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Duration - 14 Weeks (NO BENEFITS)
Shift: Night Shift / Day Shift
Schedule: 5 days per week, 8.5 hours per day
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The ideal candidate must have experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) nursing, with a strong commitment to patient safety, resident well-being, and quality care.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) nursing.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
RN license and registration must be verified through the New York State Education Department (NYSED).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Provide nursing care and monitor residents' health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and facility protocols.
Assess residents and promptly document changes in their health status.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
Promote resident safety and follow infection prevention and control procedures.
Support residents' overall health, comfort, and well-being.
