Schedule: 3 shifts per week | 12 hours per shift | 36 hours per week | Every other weekend | No on-call requirement

Local: $38 – $40/hr
Traveler: $38 – $42/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide safe, quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
Active, valid nursing license required.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required.
Availability to work night shifts and every other weekend.
Ability to provide safe, quality care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility.
Monitor residents' health conditions and promptly report changes.
Administer medications and treatments as authorized and prescribed.
Assist residents with daily care needs and promote their comfort and safety.
Maintain accurate and timely patient care documentation.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Follow facility policies, infection control procedures, and patient safety standards.
