Position Overview
We are seeking a Medical Assistant to support healthcare providers with routine patient care, clinical procedures, and medical documentation.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Completion of a formal Medical Assistant training program.
CMA (AAMA) or RMA (AMT) certification preferred.
One or more years of Medical Assistant experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Assist healthcare providers with routine patient care and clinical procedures.
Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
Record vital signs and update patient medical records.
Maintain accurate documentation and patient information.
Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare team members.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Follow facility policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.
