Requirements:

Minimum 2 year of LPN/LVN experience
Phlebotomy/venipuncture and blood draw experience required
EMR experience required
LPN/LVN License required.
Front- and back-office experience
Patient rooming and vital signs
Vaccination experience
Occupational Health
Scheduling and phone management
BLS or CPR required; candidates without BLS/CPR may be considered pending approval
