Local: $55–$60/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide autonomous respiratory care across multiple departments, including Emergency, Med Surg, and Labor & Delivery/OB.
Required Qualifications
Current Ohio Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License.
National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) RRT credential.
Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
Proven clinical experience with newborns and supporting a busy OB unit.
Ability to work autonomously as the sole RRT on staff during shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong experience with neonatal respiratory care and newborn stabilization.
Experience working independently in an acute-care hospital setting.
Responsibilities
Manage respiratory care operations in an acute-care hospital setting.
Serve as the primary or sole Respiratory Therapist on shift.
Provide respiratory care across the Emergency Department, Med Surg, and Labor & Delivery/OB units.
Perform newborn respiratory interventions, assessments, and stabilization using NRP protocols.
Maintain precise electronic charting and document patient diagnostic data accurately.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
