Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to provide scrub support during major surgical procedures and maintain a safe, sterile operating-room environment.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of scrub experience.
Experience with major OR procedures.
Completion of an appropriate Surgical Technologist training program, including military training.
NBSTSA CST Certification required; no other certifications accepted.
AHA BLS certification.
English proficiency: Read, Write, and Speak.

Strong experience with major OR procedures.
Extensive scrub experience.
Responsibilities
Perform scrub duties during major surgical procedures.
Prepare and maintain the sterile field according to surgical protocols.
Set up surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment before procedures.
Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and surgical team.
Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon and surgical team as required.
Maintain proper sterile technique throughout surgical procedures.
Assist with counts of instruments, needles, and surgical supplies.
Monitor the sterile field and promptly address any breaks in sterile technique.
Assist with room turnover and preparation for subsequent surgical procedures.
Maintain a safe and organized operating-room environment.
