Pay Rate
Local: $2,510 – $2,625/week
Traveler: $2,720 – $2,820/week

Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of acute hemodialysis experience.
ASN required.
AHA BLS certification.
Current New Jersey RN license or multi-state compact RN license.
Experience with Fresenius 2008T Hemodialysis Machines.
Knowledge of portable RO systems.
English proficiency: Speak, Read, Write.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of acute hemodialysis experience.
BSN.
Telemetry experience.
EPIC EHR experience.
Responsibilities
Assess patients and identify individual care needs.
Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized nursing care plans.
Perform ongoing patient assessments and evaluate responses to treatment.
Provide therapeutic nursing interventions.
Manage care of assigned acute dialysis patients.
Document nursing care according to standards and patient acuity.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
Provide patient-centered care.
Support evidence-based nursing practices.
Perform other assigned nursing duties.
