Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support front and back-office operations, assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures, and provide quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience.
Front and back-office experience.
Phlebotomy and venipuncture experience.
Patient rooming and vital signs experience.
BLS or CPR certification.
EMR/EHR experience.
Strong patient communication and computer skills.
Medical Assistant Certification and vaccination experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Support front and back-office operations.
Greet, room, and assist patients.
Obtain and document vital signs.
Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture.
Assist with vaccinations and clinical procedures.
Support healthcare providers with patient care.
Schedule appointments and answer phones.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Provide professional communication to patients and healthcare staff.
