Registered Nurse / House Supervisor

Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Schedule: 3x12 Hours | 36 Hours/Week
Local Candidates: No | Must reside more than 75 miles from facility
Traveler Candidates: Yes
Pay Rate: $67–$72/hr | Travelers Only
Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend; holiday coverage as required

Responsibilities:
Provide hospital-wide leadership during assigned shifts.
Oversee staffing needs and resolve staffing issues.
Manage patient, staff, and visitor needs.
Support patient placement, movement, and throughput.
Coordinate bed placement, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Identify and escalate clinical and operational risks.
Support and guide nursing and hospital staff.
Respond to urgent patient-care and operational needs.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and other departments.
Support patient safety and hospital initiatives.
Resolve staffing, patient-care, and operational concerns.
Monitor hospital-wide activity and coordinate additional resources when needed.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulations.
Maintain effective communication with patients, families, visitors, and healthcare teams.
Provide leadership coverage for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Previous Charge Nurse experience required.
Previous House Supervisor or hospital-wide supervisory experience preferred.
BLS certification required.
NIHSS certification required.
EPIC experience required.
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
Experience managing staffing, patient flow, and hospital operations.
Strong understanding of patient safety and risk management.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
