Shift: Day | 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 Hours/Week

Pay Rate: $20–$23.50/hr
Job Description:
Provide individualized support to students throughout the school day, including personal care, mobility assistance, classroom support, behavior management, and student safety.
Responsibilities:
Assist with toileting, hygiene, dressing, and feeding as needed.
Support student mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
Reinforce classroom instruction under teacher supervision.
Assist with behavior management and student engagement.
Monitor student safety during classroom, lunch, recess, and activities.
Maintain accurate daily care and progress documentation.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, nurses, and school staff.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous PCA, Paraprofessional, Caregiver, or Special Education Aide experience preferred.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to assist students with personal care and mobility needs.
