Position Overview
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient rehabilitation and therapeutic activities in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Required Qualifications
Prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
Active New York State license.
BLS certification.
Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Assist with patient care and therapeutic activities under the direction of the physical therapy team.
Support patient mobility and rehabilitation activities.
Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and patient-care standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
