Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU

Shift: Night | 12-Hour Shifts
Schedule: 3×12 hours | 36 hours/week | Every other weekend
Unit: Level III NICU | 15 beds
Pay Rate: Local/Traveler $52–$57/hr

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN or Compact RN license
• AHA BLS
• NRP
• Diploma of Nursing required
• BSN preferred
• NICU experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to premature and term infants
• Perform ongoing neonatal assessments
• Monitor vital signs and clinical status
• Provide respiratory, feeding and medication-related care
• Attend high-risk deliveries
• Assist with initial newborn assessments
• Support skin-to-skin, breastfeeding and safe sleep practices
• Educate parents and families
• Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation
