Local: $35–$40/hr
Required Qualifications:
Active Arizona LPN License
Current BLS/CPR certification
Experience in Geriatric, LTC, SNF, or Nursing Home settings
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
Availability for weekend block scheduling
Required onboarding documentation, including TB, Hep B, COVID, Food Handler, OIG/SAM, etc.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and physician-ordered treatments
Provide wound, tracheostomy, gastrostomy, and catheter care
Complete admission assessments and monitor resident conditions
Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Supervise CNAs and support staff when assigned as Charge Nurse
Document resident care accurately
Communicate changes in resident condition to the RN and care team
Follow infection-control and patient-safety standards
Participate in quality-improvement activities
