Job Title: Kemp Load Balancer Engineer

Note: This role is open for all over Global Candidates preferrably EUROPE. 

Job Summary: We are seeking a Kemp Load Balancer Engineer to manage, configure, and support Kemp LoadMaster load balancing solutions in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage Kemp LoadMaster load balancers.
• Create and maintain Virtual Services, Real Servers, and health checks.
• Monitor load balancer performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Manage SSL certificates and SSL offloading configurations.
• Perform firmware upgrades, configuration changes, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot application traffic, network, and load-balancing issues.
• Work with network, application, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation and configuration records.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Kemp LoadMaster / Kemp Load Balancer.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and networking concepts.
• Experience with load balancing, health checks, and SSL.
• Troubleshooting skills in enterprise network environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools.

Experience: 3+ years in network/load-balancing administration.
