Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care to Neuro Med/Surg and Step-Down patients while monitoring neurological status and supporting patient safety.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recent Neuro Medical/Surgical experience.
Step-Down experience required.
Active Georgia RN License.
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
EPIC experience required.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to Neuro Med/Surg and Step-Down patients.
Perform neurological assessments and monitor changes in patient condition.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and therapeutic nursing interventions.
Document patient care accurately using EPIC.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain patient safety and respond promptly to acute clinical changes.
