Pay Rate
CVOR Tech Salary Range: $27.36 – $32.83 – $38.30/hr (based on experience)
OR Tech Salary Range: $24.87 – $29.85 – $34.82/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program (or grandfathered by the state)
Active Surgical Technologist license / registration with the State of Virginia required
BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
Previous surgical tech experience preferred (1–2 years scrub or acute care hospital experience preferred)
Open to considering general OR Techs willing to train/scrub specialty procedures
Working knowledge of surgical instrumentation, aseptic technique, and medical terminology
Physical capability for frequent standing, bending, reaching, and moving/lifting equipment or patients up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
Prepare operating rooms and scrub surgical cases, maintaining strict sterile field integrity and surgical instrumentation handling
Scrub specialized procedures including C-sections and cardiovascular/surgical cases as assigned
Support obstetric patient care by demonstrating proficiency in registering, pre-registering, and processing patient documentation
Perform infant testing and supportive clinical tasks under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse
Inspect, maintain, and ensure the operational integrity and sterilization of physical equipment and operating room environments
Utilize clinical electronic systems proficiently for documentation and tracking
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, circulating nurses, and multidisciplinary surgical teams

Role Flexibility: Accepts both experienced CVOR Technologists and general Operating Room Te
